I had a fantastic stay, enjoying great value for my money and comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. The staff, especially Humphrey and Fayyaz, were cute and helpful, making my experience even better, plus the location was convenient for getting around.
Breakfast delights could benefit from a bit more variety.

The apartment was spacious, with a fantastic layout that felt comfortable for our family. Loved the size of the two-bedroom apartment. It provided plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was a real hit with the kids, kept safe with a lifeguard present. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room along with the modern design. The check-in process was slow, and we had to wait longer than expected after arriving. The furniture showed some wear and the lack of basic kitchen utensils made cooking a bit of a hassle. The staff was pleasant but could improve on the responsiveness to housekeeping requests.

The a double room was well maintained and amazing. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. The hotel was in a particularly good location, near to everything. It was also just next door to transportation and grocery stores, and Qatar;))

What a disappoinment this place is, from the long wait checking in to the room being for non-smokers despite my request for a smoking room. Having been kept waiting, I expected at least an upgrade or complimentary gesture, but nope, nothing special. It's a shame, because I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The location is super convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away. The spacious rooms are a major plus, and they were always clean and comfy. The staff? So friendly and cute! They really made me feel at home, especially the reception team who remembered me from previous visits!
The food and beverage options were quite limited and didn’t really meet the hotel’s standard. Plus, during my time at the pool, there was a strange incident regarding my baby’s swimwear that got sorted out quickly but was frustrating at first. They could definitely improve communication on that front!

The room I stayed in was clean and boasted a fine city view each morning.
The slow check-in process was frustrating, especially since I had to wait despite my planned arrival time.

review: The two-bedroom apartment was spacious with three toilets, which was quite convenient. Staff were friendly and genuine in their assistance, especially during our dining experience, though the menu could use more variety. Maintenance, however, can improve as some facilities need updating to enhance overall comfort. , rating: 6, date of stay: 2024-02-15}

Our family recently enjoyed a lovely stay in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that felt like a true home away from home. The location was great, with the kids particularly loving the pool area, which always had a lifeguard on duty. Being within easy walking distance to the metro made exploring local attractions, like Souq Waqif, a breeze. The facilities were fantastic, and there was ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.
